Structural features

The machine is composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotating part, transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electric control), etc. The hollow shaft is made of cast steel, the lining can be disassembled and replaced, the rotary gear is processed by casting hobbing, and the cylinder body is inlaid with wear-resistant lining plate, which has good wear resistance. The machine runs smoothly and reliably. In addition: according to the material and discharge mode, dry ball mill and wet grid ball mill can be selected.

Installation method

The ball mill shall be installed on a firm concrete foundation. Please refer to the general assembly drawing and foundation drawing for the foundation design and construction of the new type of ball mill. In order to ensure that the position accuracy of each part of the ball mill does not change greatly, the foundation of the ball mill should adopt the whole block structure.

The ball mill can be installed on the concrete foundation after the compressive strength reaches 75%. Before installation, the quality of the foundation shall be inspected. It is required that the concrete has no defects that affect the strength, the number and location of the reserved holes meet the requirements, and there are no sundries, water and oil stains in the reserved holes. When the "ground wire method" is used for installation, the "center plate" shall be embedded on the surface of the foundation. Before installation, all center lines shall be drawn on the basis and striking punch marks shall be made on the "center plate" as the center line datum during installation.  

Before hoisting, all parts of the ball mill shall be fully accepted, and problems found shall be handled in time.


Use and maintenance

1. Check whether the safety facilities are perfect before starting;

2. Remove the sundries around the mill to ensure the production safety.

3. Check whether the bolts of each assembly are tight and reliable.

4. Fix the entrance cover firmly.

5. Add enough lubricating oil to all lubricating parts.
