Host installation:


The axis of the mill host shall be horizontal, measured at the top of the large flange of the hollow shaft at both ends, and the height shall be consistent. If there is error, the material end is allowed to be 1 mm higher than the discharge end. At the gland of the hollow shaft seat at both ends, the gap around the hollow shaft and the bearing gland should be basically consistent, and the gap at the inner and outer gland should be basically the same.

Transmission part:


the transmission part can be installed only after the main engine is adjusted to a good level. Firstly, check the assembly quality of the transmission part, mainly check the concentricity between the pinion shaft and the low-speed shaft of the reducer, and check the concentricity of the high-speed shaft of the reducer and the motor shaft, and make necessary adjustment and fastening. Based on the main gear, install and adjust the transmission part. The tooth width of small gear is equal to that of big gear. Make the tooth surface of the small gear equal to that of the big gear, and leave 0.25 mm (about one layer of hard box cigarette packing paper) at the minimum position. From the contact trace of big and small gears, the contact trace should account for more than 60% of the total length, and the height of the contact trace should account for about 40% of the total height. if the contact trace deviates to one end of the tooth surface width, it indicates that the tooth surface is not parallel. If the transmission gear is jammed around, it means that the gear clearance is too small, so the pinion should leave the big gear a little.


Fault diagnosis:


bearing heating, check whether there is oil shortage. The main engine bearing and pinion shaft bearing are lubricated with grease, and the reducer is lubricated with oil. If there is no lack of oil, check the concentricity of each part, and check the main engine and transmission part respectively. The large bearing seat is not concentric with the hollow shaft, resulting in friction heat between the transmission shaft and the bearing gland. If the reducer is not concentric with the pinion shaft, or the reducer is not concentric with the motor, the bearing will be overloaded and heated. When the hollow shaft is not concentric with the large bearing seat seriously, it will cause difficulties in starting, wasting power and motor heating. Therefore, it is very important to ensure the concentricity of each part during installation.


Installation Preparation:


The ball mill shall be installed on a firm concrete foundation. For the foundation design and construction of ball mill, please refer to the general assembly drawing and foundation drawing of ball mill. In order to ensure that the position accuracy of each part of the ball mill does not change greatly, the foundation of the ball mill should adopt the whole block structure. When the compressive strength of concrete foundation reaches more than 75%, ball mill can be installed on it. Before installation, the quality of the foundation shall be inspected. It is required that the concrete has no defects that affect the strength, the number and location of the reserved holes meet the requirements, and there are no sundries, water and oil stains in the reserved holes. When the "ground wire method" is used for installation, the "center plate" should be buried on the surface of the foundation. Before installation, draw all center lines on the foundation and make striking punch marks on the "center mark plate" as the center line datum during installation. before hoisting, the parts of ball mill shall be fully accepted and problems found shall be handled in time.
