How to do when the water temperature of cement ball mill is too high
Cement ball mill is an indispensable equipment in cement plant, so the frequency of using cement ball mill is very high, which will inevitably encounter some overheating of ball mill temperature.
To solve this problem, we should first reduce the temperature of the clinker
1. To strengthen the management of materials, it is necessary to avoid the clinker with high temperature into the grinding head bin, and prohibit the red material from entering the mill;
2. Spray water on the belt of entering mill clinker;
3. Spray water into the cooler to reduce the temperature of clinker.
The cooling effect of these two water spraying measures is obvious, but there are also side effects. The water spray in the cooler can easily lead part of the water vapor into the crusher at the tail of the cooler. The water vapor catches the clinker dust and forms a bond on the inner wall of the crusher. If it goes on for a long time, it will affect the normal operation of the crusher; if the clinker belt is sprayed with water, the cement strength will be reduced and the normal production of the enterprise will be affected.
In addition, spray water from the mill barrel shall be used for cooling
In a small grinding mill, water pouring from the cylinder is usually used to reduce the temperature of cement. According to the calculation of heat balance of the mill, the heat radiated from the surface of the cylinder accounts for about 6% of the total heat in the heat discharged from the mill, so the effect is limited. Moreover, after the large-scale ball mill, the surface area of the barrel per unit output of the ball mill decreases a lot. From the surface of the ball mill barrel, the proportion of heat dissipation in the total heat is getting smaller and smaller. Spraying water on the surface of cylinder wastes resources and pollutes the environment, so it is no longer used in large grinding system.
If the temperature of cement ball mill is too high, heat dissipation of grinding system should be strengthened
Grinding system has a large number of equipment and pipes, and the surface of heat dissipation is very large. To strengthen the heat dissipation of the system, it mainly uses the surface of the system to strengthen the cooling and heat dissipation, such as spraying atomized water to the outer wall of the separator, making a water tank along the outer side of the screw conveyor, etc. The test shows that the temperature of cement decreases, but it is not obvious, and it is easy to cause water into the equipment, so it should be used with caution.
